Individual
Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, offers a private and supportive space to explore personal challenges, emotional struggles, and mental health concerns. It provides personalized guidance to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and work toward healing and personal growth.

Whether facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or low self-esteem, therapy creates a safe, empathetic environment where individuals can express themselves freely, understand their emotions, and gain clarity on their goals.

Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, clients are empowered to make meaningful changes, enhance self-awareness, and improve their overall well-being.

“Are you feeling frustrated in your relationship?”

“Are you having the same conversation over and over again?”

“Have you tried everything you can think of and still nothing changes?”

Suzanne uses a positive strength-based approach in all of our work. Her goal is for you to see results quickly and feel empowered and encouraged. In couples work, Suzanne uses the above modalities listed for individual psychotherapy, as well as a particular theoretical model called Relational Life Therapy as well as Gottman's Relationship Theory.
